Key Responsibilities:

The General Manager - Capability will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and leading capability plans across engineering, operations, program management, and supply chain.
  2. Delivering ongoing training to ensure ASC's workforce grows and maintains the necessary skills and experience.
  3. Partnering with government agencies, educational institutions, and industry leaders to grow Australia's sovereign submarine talent base.
  4. Driving cultural change and embedding innovative workforce systems that directly impact business outcomes.

Location and Impact

This role can be based in Adelaide or Perth, with national scope and generational impact. A current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance are required for this position.
