Job Summary:

Spring Professional is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead the facilities management of two shopping centres in Melbourne’s South/East. This role involves executing capital projects, ensuring compliance, and providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee all maintenance requirements for the shopping centre, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality services.
  • Compliance and Safety: Achieve compliance for all essential safety measures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for retailers, consumers, and staff.
  • Asset Presentation: Present the assets to the highest possible standard every day, exceeding customer and retailer expectations.
  • Project Management: Manage planning, delivery, and stabilisation activities, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of all operational contracts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Quality Standards: Establish quality standards aimed at exceeding customer and retailer expectations, driving business growth and success.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Building Management/Facilities Management/Operations experience, preferably in a shopping centre environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), initiative, professionalism, and persistence.
