Job Opportunity

A Patient Services Administrator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and other departments at our facility.

This position involves interacting with patients to ensure a quality experience by offering excellent service, answering questions, and managing challenging situations during their journey.

About You

We seek someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive and a team player. Ideally, you will possess:

  1. 1-2 years of medical reception or similar customer service experience
  2. Experience as a clinician secretary in obstetrics and gynecology (advantageous)
  3. Experience in the healthcare industry
  4. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Experience with clinic management software

Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

  • Cost quoting, billing and claims processing
  • Booking internal and external appointments within the clinic and day hospital
  • Answering patient questions related to their journey and daily inquiries
  • Providing information about all services offered by our fertility clinic
