The Opportunity

A Patient Services Administrator plays a key role in providing exemplary customer service to patients, clinicians, and other departments at our Brisbane Newstead Facility.

This role involves interacting with patients to ensure a quality experience by offering excellent service, answering questions, and managing challenging situations during their IVF journey.

About You

We seek someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team player. Ideally, you will possess:

  1. 1–2 years of Medical Reception or similar customer service experience
  2. Experience as a clinician secretary in OBGYN (advantageous)
  3. Experience in the Health Industry
  4. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
  5. Experience with Clinic2Cloud, Genie, or similar practice management software

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Cost quoting, Medicare Billing, and Private Health Billing
  2. Booking internal and external appointments within the clinic and Day Hospital
  3. Answering patient questions related to the IVF journey and daily inquiries
  4. Providing information about all IVF services offered by City Fertility
