About the role

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will join a collaborative HR team supporting the QLD region. Your responsibilities include supporting HR initiatives, reporting on metrics, advising stakeholders, and promoting engagement and positive culture. You will be required to be onsite at clinics in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This role offers mentorship from experienced HR professionals and opportunities for professional growth.

Accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the QLD leadership team on HR matters
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing operational HR advice and services
  • Interpreting HR policies and employment laws
  • Contributing to policy development and process improvements
  • Delivering value-added services to management and staff
  • Supporting the Group HR strategy
  • HR metrics and reporting within QLD
  • Participating in P&C initiatives
