Finance Manager Role Description

The primary responsibility of the Finance Manager lies in managing payroll finance reporting for a large workforce using SAP HCM. This role demands collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement in financial operations.

  • Preparing and submitting payroll tax reports for each state and territory.
  • Coordinating month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely completion.
