Finance Transformation Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Finance Transformation. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding CFOs through their most complex challenges and delivering solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement transformation initiatives across Controllership, FP&A, and Finance Operations to enhance the financial performance of clients.
  • Develop and implement future-ready Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services, to drive business excellence.
  • Establish an insight-led advisory function and deliver actionable recommendations to support business outcomes by enabling Finance to evolve into a Strategic Business Partner.
  • Implement Cloud ERP/EPM, automation, and AI technologies to enable process excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Uplift Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to help clients understand drivers of business performance, accelerate decision-making, and unlock growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).
  • Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools, such as SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, and PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.
  • Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred; Finance qualifications, such as CPA Australia or CA ANZ, are highly regarded.
