We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Salesforce platform strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Architectural Vision: Lead the development of a comprehensive architectural vision for key Salesforce platforms and technology domains.
- Lead Autonomous Delivery Teams: Oversee autonomous delivery teams comprising software engineers, quality engineers, and Salesforce specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce architecture into the broader technology landscape, promoting consistency and efficiency.
- Champion Best Practices: Champion best practices in Salesforce development, integration, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- 5+ Years' Experience: Possess 5+ years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset, driving collaborative problem-solving and result-oriented workstreams.
- Deep Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and Agile methodologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
- Complex Solution Design: Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and drive growth.
- Software Development Expertise: Extensive knowledge of software development practices and cloud-native architectures, ensuring effective solution implementation and maintenance.
