Job Title: National Sales Leader

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires driving sales efforts across Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing national sales team to achieve revenue and net flow targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing national sales team to consistently meet revenue and net flow targets.
  • Determining and managing incentive plans and selling systems to support execution against revenue, net flow, and distribution activity targets.
  • Designing and executing national sales strategies to drive adoption of managed portfolios across licensees, platforms, advice practices, and adviser networks, aligning with long-term business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the investment management or financial advice industry, with a strong track record in sales leadership and business development.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
