Transaction Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing transactions and evaluating credit risk, with a strong background in financial analysis and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial excellence by analyzing transactions and evaluating credit risk.
  • Support project feasibility studies, negotiations, due diligence, and contractual documentation.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis (profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow, economic value added).
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for new projects, variations, and annual reviews.
  • Oversee the credit and financial aspects of project evaluation, including financial projections, security arrangements, and cash-flow modeling.
  • Develop and review complex financial models for business cases and opportunities.
  • Predict project finance ratings using proprietary tools.
  • Participate in prudent monitoring of loan exposures and gather relevant project data through research and due diligence.
  • Maintain current knowledge on projects and contribute to informed decision-making.
