Salary: The hourly pay rate for this position is $47 + Super.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support our clients in various capacities, including reviewing and processing documentation, correspondence and reports, processing invoices, and diary management. You will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing documentation, correspondence, and reports
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
- Diary management and coordination
- Responding to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- 12 months of experience in an administration support role
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
