Loyalty and Customer Engagement Manager
">Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies, with a focus on loyalty program management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer value propositions to drive loyalty program growth
- Overseeing the execution of loyalty strategies across multiple channels
- Managing member database health through acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Amplifying customer value propositions through targeted campaigns and promotional activities
- Building and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention
- Influencing key stakeholders to execute strategic plans and initiatives
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' experience leading teams in marketing, loyalty, or CRM
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Familiarity with CMS systems
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
