Loyalty and Customer Engagement Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies, with a focus on loyalty program management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customer value propositions to drive loyalty program growth
  • Overseeing the execution of loyalty strategies across multiple channels
  • Managing member database health through acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
  • Amplifying customer value propositions through targeted campaigns and promotional activities
  • Building and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention
  • Influencing key stakeholders to execute strategic plans and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience leading teams in marketing, loyalty, or CRM
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Familiarity with CMS systems
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
