Our company seeks a skilled Loyalty Manager to drive customer engagement and loyalty across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty strategy with a focus on acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage the health of the member database, including enhancements to the customer value proposition and redemption.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to amplify the customer value proposition through strategic campaign development.
  • Develop and manage use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Breed automated lifecycle campaigns to foster customer retention.
About You

You will possess a tertiary qualification in Advertising/Marketing/Business, with 5+ years' experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty, or CRM. You will demonstrate strong financial and commercial acumen, exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics.

You will also require experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end, familiarity with content management systems, and expertise using reporting and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
