Job Title: Cotton Purchasing Administration Officer Business ServicesJob Description:

The role supports the administrative duties of our cotton business and is fundamental to the smooth running and efficiency of the team. This position requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.

Main responsibilities include checking paperwork for accuracy, ensuring special contract conditions are met, validating data, entering Bale Purchase Forms and Amendments, ensuring correct payment terms, assisting Accounts team, reporting daily purchases, and reconciling contracts.

This role also involves managing client accounts in relevant systems, the Grower Survey process, and daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and reporting of contracts.
