Key Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase contracts and amendments for bale purchases.
- Validate payment terms on contracts.
- Collaborate with accounts team to resolve payment queries.
- Report daily purchases and contract adjustments.
- Manage contract end-of-month reconciliations.
- Maintain client accounts in relevant systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite applications.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the cotton industry.
- Understanding of gin and valley delivery points.
