Kitchen Operations Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Kitchen Operations Manager.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen.
You will manage all key performance indicators, including financial and rostering aspects.
Additionally, you will supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a highly motivated leader who is passionate about food and restaurant operations.
A positive attitude and ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role.
