Sous Chef Opportunity

About You
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or strong background as a Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen setting.
  • Passionate about utilizing local produce and modern Australian cuisine concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
