Home Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Flexibility to work casual hours is available for the right candidate.
Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, enhancing their participation in their own care. Key tasks include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and social support.
Travel from home to home, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app. This will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of others while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
You will utilize your skills and experience to deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
About YouA Certificate III in Aged Care or relevant qualification is highly desirable, but not essential. What is essential is at least 3 months of relevant care worker experience for those with a relevant Certificate, or 6+ months for those without.
Experience working in a home care/community setting is highly beneficial, as it will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle is an essential requirement of this role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
