Personal Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients across Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Provide holistic, client-focused care in line with each client's tailored care plan.">
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort in their own homes.">
  • Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.">
  • Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.">
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.">
  • Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.">
  • Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).">
  • Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) (with 3+ months until expiry).">
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence.">
  • Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).">
