Seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support older Australians in their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, building genuine connections, and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in the Perth Metro area and Moora. Your tasks may include household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.

This Permanent Part-Time position offers 20 hours per fortnight, with potential for additional hours as new clients in the area seek support. The role requires weekly travel to Moora to assist our clients.

To succeed in this role, you must be living within or very close to our client services located primarily in Ellenbrook & Bullsbrook.
