About Our Team

Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who will work as part of our Aged Care Team in Northam/Toodyay and surrounding areas, providing personalized care and support to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting etc.
  • Assist with medication, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel from home to home, following a predetermined schedule, and will need to have unrestricted access to a vehicle and be able to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously via a mobile app.
