The Position

Reporting to the board, the CEO will become a trusted leader responsible for realising the company's ambitious growth goals over the next 5 years. We are seeking an individual who will actively drive growth, lead successful change and challenge the business to reach new heights while preserving its positive culture and collaborative spirit.

  • Shape and implement strategy to deliver on significant profit and growth targets
  • Maintain the group's reputation for integrity, care and exceptional professional services
  • Lead and mentor a high performing executive team across accounting, AFSL, lending, HR and Finance
  • Analyse and streamline key business units as needed
  • Build and sustain a culture of trust, engagement and high performance
  • Oversee client growth initiatives, marketing, operational efficiency and productivity
  • Champion technology, innovation and data-driven decision making
  • Drive transparent, timely board and executive reporting

  • Experience working in a client focused business within professional services would be highly regarded
  • Proven, hands on leadership of a complex professional services organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen, growth mindset and a strategic approach
  • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and team-building capability
  • Track record delivering results and successfully managing growth-based change
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and board reporting
  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in accounting / financial services are essential
