Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Establish accurate financial forecasts and plans to meet budget targets.

Leadership and Development
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop a vision and thriving agency culture in Melbourne.
  • Convey the agency's offering, philosophy, and values to clients and potential recruits.
  • Effectively line-manage direct reports, delivering regular constructive feedback and identifying strategies for development.

Driving Creative Excellence
  • Collaborate with ELT to ensure the right creative infrastructure is in place to enable ambitious ideas.
  • Build client appetite for innovative solutions and drive business growth through creative excellence.

Client Service Excellence
  • Work with ELT and teams to set and uphold standards in client service.
  • Drive account planning processes, ensuring quality plans are developed, implemented, and regularly reviewed.
