Occupational Therapist Career Opportunities

At Pinnacle Rehab, we offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
The role involves working with clients who have experienced psychological or physical injuries, providing vocational assessments and reports, and developing skills to conduct motivational interviews and influence stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.
About the RoleWe are seeking a 4th year Psychology Graduate or Rehabilitation Counsellor with Associate or Full membership with ASORC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a car and valid driver's license.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus achievable bonuses. Travel costs are covered at $0.96 per km, and you'll receive a structured induction and onboarding process with a buddy system.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries
- Complete initial assessments and identify suitable goals
- Organise appropriate interventions with stakeholders
- Provide vocational counselling and conduct vocational assessments
- Attend medical appointments with clients
- Document case notes and complete reports
