At ORS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our national team in Maitland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinicians, delivering high-quality services, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a senior clinical leadership position that requires a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical guidance, training, and supervision, and contributing to the development of quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of occupational therapists, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinicians
  • Contribute to the development of quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care solutions
  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to our clients, families, and carers
