About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to drive our people strategy. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to organisational success by implementing our People & Culture strategy, championing company values, and leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement and cultural alignment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture & Employee Engagement
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a supportive and inspiring work environment.
    • Lead employee surveys, ensuring actionable insights and improvements.
    • Collaborate with leadership to shape a cohesive and strong organisational culture.
    • Uplift DE&I initiatives by managing and supporting the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and fostering an inclusive environment.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan.
    • Enhance recognition programs to celebrate exceptional performance.
    • Support effective onboarding and offboarding processes.

 

Organisational Effectiveness

  • Regularly review team and organisational structures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to optimise team effectiveness.
  • Support change management initiatives and use analytics to provide data-driven recommendations.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all levels.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture team to align initiatives and provide backup support when needed.
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Support the General Manager of People & Culture in strategic planning efforts.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years as an HR Business Partner with a focus on employee engagement and culture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRMS systems, such as ELMO.
  • Core Competencies: Strong project and change management skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge: Current HR trends, best practices, and strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. HR and Change Management certifications are advantageous.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Based on your skills and experience, we estimate this role to be paying around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
