As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be part of a movement that seeks out the restorative power of nature and drives change. You will work across extended trading hours, including weekends, late nights, and peak periods, with Sundays off during the spring/summer season.


The role is ongoing until mid-January 2025, with opportunities to extend. Our heritage informs every aspect of our operations, and our employees embody the values that have driven our growth into a global industry leader for over 60 years.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to store financial success by achieving sales targets and productivity KPIs.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork, effective communication, training, and demonstrating Canada Goose's brand values.
  • Handle product, transactions, and client journeys with respect, compliance, and operational efficiencies.

Your Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent English language skills, with Mandarin preferred.
  • You should bring energy, be a natural explorer, or participate in an outdoor lifestyle.
  • Able to stand for long periods and flexible to work retail hours.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successful store operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and know when to seek guidance.
