Our Role

The Customer Migration Program is an exciting transformation program for ANZ. It's crucial for preparing bank-led migration, enabling Australia Retail's future state, and making ANZ Plus a success. Migrating customers to ANZ Plus offers them access to leading financial wellbeing tools and modern banking propositions.

Change management is vital for smooth transitions, mitigating resistance, and fostering employee buy-in. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training/support materials, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support help navigate organisational shifts, maximising efficiency gains, and minimising disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll play a key role in helping the Senior Change Manager deliver end-to-end change delivery, including change governance, de-risking delivery, and change reporting requirements.
  • As a Change Manager, you'll develop change strategies to ensure adoption of changes introduced by delivery squads and manage change management activities implementing this strategy.
  • You'll facilitate change impact assessments to identify project/cross-project impacts, define targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, change readiness, adoption, metrics, and evaluation.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to deliver and manage change, comms, and training.
  • Support communication efforts, including design, development, review, and delivery of communications and leadership/employee engagement, aligning change communications to strategic narrative.
  • Support training delivery, including creation of training curriculum, development of training materials, support materials, and delivery of training.
  • Identify and escalate change risks, proposing treatment plans to the Senior Change Manager/Change Lead.
  • Develop a transition plan to embed the change, ensuring business outcomes are achieved.

What We Offer

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Change Manager or similar position, across project and change methodologies (e.g., Agile and Traditional).
  • You've successfully delivered program change activities with quality outcomes.
  • You've identified change impacts and change risks, developing and executing targeted change interventions.
  • You've developed and delivered change comms and training materials across large complex change initiatives.
  • You've demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • You have end-to-end change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, business/change readiness, and post-go-live support/embedment of change.
  • A recognised change qualification (e.g., PROSCI).

This role offers a salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
