We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and HR Officer to support our Senior HR Project Manager in undertaking several end-to-end recruitment processes and providing broader HR assistance as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for general and bulk recruitment exercises
- Provide a high level of administrative support, including planning, coordinating and scheduling various recruitment activities
- Prepare recruitment documents such as position descriptions, advertisements and approval documents
- Provide a high-level of candidate care to all for recruitment processes
- Support selection panels, which may include scribing, reference checks and selection report writing as required
- Give recruitment advice in line with internal policies and procedures
- Demonstrate leadership through personal behaviour, and expectations of others behaviour, to maintain our high standard of service delivery for our clients
Requirements:
- Demonstrated administrative, organisational and coordination skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, paying attention to detail, style, language and audience when drafting communications
- Effective use of interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to prioritise multiple activities and to work independently under part-time supervision to progress time-sensitive projects
- Highly developed cultural competency, a deep understanding of the issues affecting our clients and communities, and a commitment to ongoing self-development of cultural competency
