Salary:
$124,995 - $146,874 per annum plus superannuation
Job Description:
This exciting opportunity exists within the Chief Operating Office of the ACT Government. As Assistant Director, Human Resources, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR advice and support to the Directorate on all human resources functions.
You will undertake HR project work, including analysis, research, and drafting of policies and reports. You will also provide efficient and effective support and guidance regarding injury rehabilitation, return to work, and case management matters.
Further, you will coordinate executive recruitment across MPC, including position management and advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need qualifications in human resources, employee relations, or psychology. A National Police Check will also be required prior to commencement.
