Support our team as Field Service Engineer - Australia.

Your Key Tasks

  1. Provide technical support and advice to sites. Prepare work packages, technical procedures, control sheets and documentation for installation teams.
  2. Anticipate risks and opportunities proactively and raise them to the project team. Maintain field service schedule and coordinate dates with the team and customer.
  3. Prepare specifications, technical procedures and work descriptions for installation subcontractors and evaluate installation bids/offers.
  4. Facilitate clarifications with customers.
  5. Participate in design review meetings and ensure field-related design considerations.
  6. Ensure availability of health and safety plans and documents.
  7. Develop and ensure availability of project-specific procedures and assessments.
  8. Determine site layouts, tooling and site infrastructure requirements.
  9. Monitor target achievement regarding quality, schedule and costs supporting corrective actions.
  10. Facilitate identification and allocation of required internal and external resources.
  11. Coordinate teamwork between site and back-office.

Profile Requirements

  1. University diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  2. Experience and technical understanding of equipment. Project management, sub-supplier handling and scheduling experience.
  3. Ability to read and interpret specifications, schedules and budgets.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fully computer literate with MS Office and SAP knowledge.
  5. Competencies in CAD software desirable.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial due to international team setup.
  7. Team player with leadership and project management skills.
  8. Will to stay in Australia for project duration (approximately 4-5 years).
