About the Role

The role of a Field Service Engineer involves supporting operations globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and Evaluation - Prepare technical documentation for Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and evaluate bids/offers.
  • Mobilization and Management - Manage mobilization, demobilization, and purchase orders.
  • Site Documentation - Create and update site documentation including lifting plans, installation instructions, and erection protocols.
  • HSE & Quality Plans - Develop HSE & Quality plans with responsible personnel.
  • Technical Support - Provide technical support to the site team and facilitate clarification with engineering teams.
  • Design Review Meetings - Participate in design review meetings and ensure field-related design considerations.
  • Work Packages - Prepare subcontractor work packages and participate in short- and medium-term work planning.
  • Data Quality - Review and support data quality in our construction management software.
  • Scope Deviations - Identify, report, and document scope deviations, risks, and opportunities.

Achievement of Key Performance Indicators - Monitor achievement of quality, schedule, costs, and corrective actions.

This role requires strong skills and qualifications in technical documentation, project management, and collaboration with teams.
