Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of national commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and aligning activities with broader enterprise objectives.
- Establish performance targets and refine strategies based on market dynamics and organizational changes.
- Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the Commercial Partnerships team.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and represent commercial interests at senior forums.
- Develop and implement content strategies that optimize revenue opportunities and audience engagement.
- Commission, curate, and edit content across various themes, ensuring consistency and brand messaging.
- Utilize data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI across content and campaign activities.
- You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies within a complex environment.
- You have extensive experience leading high-performing teams to achieve sustained revenue growth and strategic business outcomes.
- Your strong project management skills enable you to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and optimize budget allocation.
