We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Change Experience Strategist. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in consulting, change management and organizational development.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position based in Victoria, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders. As a Change Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop effective change experience solutions.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, communication plans and other initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.

You will also contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses, and participate in team development activities to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a consulting or change management role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
