Service Design Lead

We're seeking a visionary Experience Design Strategist to lead the future of customer experiences. In this role, you'll shape the discovery process for new products and services, translating complex challenges into meaningful end-to-end experiences for customers.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute workshops with stakeholders to define customer needs and design solutions.
  • Lead ideation, problem definition, pain point analysis, prioritization, journey mapping, and service design related workshops.
  • Design products and services that meet customer needs while aligning with business strategy.
  • Develop value propositions and customer strategies to drive improved outcomes.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate and communicate service design principles, processes, and rituals to embed a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support business growth by modelling best practice, facilitating knowledge sharing, and driving capability uplift.
  • Establish and lead quarterly innovation sprints.
