We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to lead our customer experience (CX) program. This role will be central to driving improvements and ensuring our services meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, administering client surveys, and leading communication and action on CX insights.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in CX design and management within complex organisations. They will be able to provide direction, coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a key role in our organisation, working closely with the Heads of VMIA teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Built on a foundation of empathy and understanding, this role offers the opportunity to drive positive change and make a real difference to our clients' experiences.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive CX strategy that drives improvement across all aspects of our services.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a suite of improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with partner organisations, suppliers and clients to inform trends and market needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in CX design and management within similar complex organisations.
  • Ability to administer and generate insights from various CX research methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
