Social Impact Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Impact Strategist to support and influence our government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and submit monthly project social reports that showcase our commitment to positive change
  • Support project kick-offs, helping set and align on social targets and strategies that drive impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance social value
  • Implement initiatives to improve social statistics and advance our inclusion objectives
  • Source and develop pathways to support social impact, fostering strong relationships with industry partners
  • Strengthen our social reporting records, ensuring we are prepared for audits and deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Manage project audits with clients and external auditors, maintaining transparency and accountability
  • Monitor and improve WGEA reporting outcomes, driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment and execution of government requirements, meeting or exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years' experience in a role driving positive social impact, preferably within the construction industry
  • Critical thinking ability to develop and implement effective strategies that drive social change
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners who can contribute to social and community benefits
  • Proven experience maintaining and updating data for monthly project social reports, delivering results-oriented outcomes
  • Proven experience with reporting and auditing functions, including analyzing data and implementing strategies based on findings
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present in meetings to clients and leadership
  • A passion for career development and a desire to be mentored by industry experts
