Drive Business Transformation as a Senior Change Strategist

Become a key player in driving business transformation by leading the adoption and enablement of Microsoft Copilot AI. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring teams are trained, engaged, and empowered to make the most of Copilot's capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with IT, Digital, and Business Change teams to embed Copilot usage into workflows. You will deliver day-to-day business unit engagement for Copilot enablement and feature training, set up tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions, and work closely with stakeholders to capture feedback and refine change strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business unit engagement strategies for Copilot enablement and feature training
  • Create and execute tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with users across the organisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Copilot usage into workflows and processes
  • Analyze feedback, identify adoption blockers, and continuously refine change strategies to drive user adoption and engagement
  • Support the development of internal comms and learning materials to ensure consistent messaging and self-service success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering change management initiatives in large enterprise environments with measurable results
  • Demonstrated exposure to AI-powered tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot, with ability to articulate its value proposition
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to engage business users across all levels – from frontline to executive
  • Experience in enterprise retail environments highly regarded, although not required
  • Exceptional facilitation skills to simplify technical concepts and drive user adoption
