This Administration Manager will manage the full accounts receivable function through efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective management of the accounts payable function, including entering purchase invoices and allocating them to relevant departments
  • Payroll processing and assistance for 20 staff members, including payroll administration, payslips etc.
  • Facilitating events and other company-related occurrences
  • Providing administrative support to the Director
  • Contributing to the overall running of the office

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, a passion for construction and customer service, and strong communication skills. They should also be proactive, able to work autonomously, and possess excellent personal presentation and an outgoing personality.
