Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Building and Facilities team as a University Student. This role involves working part-time, assisting the team in developing technical scopes of work, delivering construction projects, and providing contract administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project management team in coordinating and delivering building works across Council's building stock.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Asset Maintenance and the broader City of Moreton Bay team to achieve common goals.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members in managing contracts and construction projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in relevant university studies including Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • Available to work a minimum of 21.75 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
