Job Description:

The role of International Recruitment and Conversion Coordinator involves supporting the Senior International Recruitment Manager in achieving onshore student recruitment targets for Southeast Asia and Greater China region.

This includes representing the organisation at international events, recruitment exhibitions, school/university visits, student interviews, and other forums to promote leads generation and conversion. Significant amounts of international travel may be required.

Responsibilities include conducting regular conversion activities, maintaining and providing regular/monthly reports on conversion and enrolment numbers, building and maintaining effective working relationships with agents and internal student acquisition functions, managing sales and marketing activities, and measuring ROI.

Requirements include an appropriate qualification or experience at Bachelor Level suitable to relevant sales experience and/or education/training, minimum 2 years of relevant experience working as International Recruitment Manager/Sales, and/or demonstrated knowledge of the Higher Education sectors and student recruitment landscape, particularly of Southeast Asia and/or Greater China region.

Key skills and qualifications include drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail, proven success in sales ability, demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process, a working knowledge of the regulatory environment specific to international education, confident negotiation skills, a positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
