Job Description

As a Licensing Compliance and Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Victorian tobacco stores comply with the law. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and inspecting premises to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working in teams to exercise legislative powers, including executing search warrants.
  • Preparing reports, briefs of evidence, and other documents to support investigations and potential court action.
