About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled investigator to conduct thorough investigations and ensure compliance with regulations in the tobacco industry.

The successful candidate will work as part of a high-performing team to monitor tobacco retail businesses and investigate any potential breaches of the Tobacco Act 1987.

About The Role

As an investigator, you will be responsible for leading and conducting regulatory investigations, recommending enforcement actions, and providing high-level investigative expertise.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience conducting complex investigations and preparing briefs of evidence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting compliance and enforcement operations in a regulatory or law enforcement environment.
