Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our residential buildings.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee day-to-day building management, coordinate preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with Strata Managers, Body Corporate committees, and attend meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs across major building infrastructure contracts to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and audits to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage on-site cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance documentation, licenses, certificates, and document control procedures are in place to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide operational support and advice across teams with clear, consistent communication to promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Track action items, follow up across departments, and prepare reporting for executive leadership to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational or administrative management role.
  • Experience with residential strata buildings and commercial property to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Confident problem-solver with strong initiative and common sense to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to work cross-functionally to achieve results and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient with MS Office to manage administrative tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Professional, patient, and positive communicator who achieves results respectfully and builds trust with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
