Residential Construction Project Manager

We are expanding our residential construction team and seeking a skilled manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional homes in established neighbourhoods.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience managing knockdown rebuilds, predominantly highset homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational health and safety, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g., access, demolition)
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in residential construction management
- Strong understanding of Australian building conditions
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
- White Card and valid Driver's Licence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
