Residential Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale residential developments from early works to completion.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction delivery, with recent experience leading full lifecycle residential projects in Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure time, quality, and budget objectives are met
- Driving project delivery, reporting, and client communication with precision and professionalism
- Mentoring and developing project teams to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in construction delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive team outcomes
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
