Job Title: Residential Life Coordinator

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to lead our Residential Life Program at UniLodge Herston. As a Residential Life Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents, staff, and university departments, while developing and implementing programs that promote residential wellbeing and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program.
  • To provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and associated organizations.
  • To establish and maintain constructive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • To recruit, train, and manage Residential Advisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in event management, including budgeting, planning, and implementation.
  • A strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of university life and operational aspects of residential living.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
