About the Role

Lotus People is partnering with a progressive tertiary education provider to fill a 3-month temporary role as a Placement Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you provide meaningful support to students as you coordinate placements and guide them through the entire placement program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to arrange placements for students
  • Network with organisations to identify opportunities for students
  • Develop business relationships to find placement opportunities
  • Conduct placement reviews to ensure student success

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with students and industry partners
  • Highly organised and dedicated with a solutions-focused approach
  • Sales and business development experience
  • Understanding of the education industry (desirable)
