About the Role

The Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in managing placements across several disciplines and campuses, ensuring a seamless experience for students and host organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate WIL activities, including organising, confirming, monitoring, and finalising student placement experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and host organisations throughout the WIL process
  • Proactively identify WIL opportunities through developing relationships with existing industry partners
  • Liaise extensively with academics, students, industry partners, and team members
  • Deliver student orientation and WIL placement information sessions
  • Coordinate all administrative and compliance activities in relation to work integrated learning
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a relevant or similar role, such as Placement Coordinator, Placement Consultant, Client Relations, Employment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, or Sales Coordinator
  • Results-driven professional with strong client-focused orientation, proactive and driven to work towards measured goals and clear outcomes for clients, students, or customers
  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive client relationships with a consultative and professional approach to relationship building
  • Demonstrate excellence in administrative and customer service skills, with strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
