About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated administrative professional to undertake intake and assessment tasks, providing support for the smooth delivery of clinical programs.
This role requires an individual who can work independently and respond to conflicting priorities. You will provide intake interviews, maintain records, and coordinate appointments, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intake, assessment, and referral services to Counselling and Mediation clients and referring organisations.
- Conduct telephone interviews and provide information on services and fees.
- Maintain centralised records of client details and update electronic diaries.
Requirements:
- Proven organisational skills and ability to multi-task with attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal manner, with the ability to relate to diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage crisis situations, implement administration systems, and maintain touch-typing skills.
